Popular luxury detective page, T20Luxury, has accused Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe of showcasing a counterfeit Louis Vuitton handbag.
In a post on Instagram, T20Luxury shared a picture of Aigbe and claimed that her LV Capucines bag was not genuine. The page also raised doubts about the authenticity of her eyewear.
“Dear Mercy Aigbe, this is NOT a genuine LV Capucines. Even the authenticity of the eyewear is questionable,” the post read.
The luxury watchdog urged Aigbe to be more cautious when purchasing fashion items, noting that celebrities often rely on stylists and personal shoppers but should ensure due diligence.
This comes just days after the same page called out comedian AY Makun for allegedly flaunting a fake Hermès bag.
