Afrobeat superstar Davido has officially confirmed that his white wedding with wife Chioma will take place in August 2025 in Miami, USA.
This comes ten months after their traditional wedding, which was held in June 2024 at Eko Hotels, Lagos, in a ceremony that drew celebrities and dignitaries from across the country.
Speaking during an interview on The Breakfast Club, Davido expressed excitement about the upcoming celebration, saying, “I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August this year.”
Reflecting on their journey as a couple, he added, “Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot have happened, apart from losing our child.”
The white wedding, nicknamed “Chivido Part 2” by fans, is expected to be another high-profile event.
