Governor Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated his aide, Mazi Ejimofor Opara, on earning a Doctorate in Medical Sociology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
Opara, who serves as the Senior Special Assistant on New Media and National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), was praised by the governor for his brilliance and resilience.
Soludo joined in celebrating the achievement, describing it as a remarkable milestone.
