APGA Releases Timetable for Anambra Governorship Primary Election

Date:

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has released its provisional timetable and schedule of activities for the 2025 Anambra State Governorship Primary Election.

In a statement signed by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Ifeanyi Mbaeri, the timetable was approved by the National Executive Committee (NEC) through the National Working Committee (NWC), in line with Articles 12 (2) & (3)(b) and 24 of the APGA Constitution 2019 and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) timetable for the election.

The statement noted that female aspirants and persons living with disabilities would pay only 50% of the fees for the Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms, which are obtainable through non-refundable bank drafts made payable to APGA Abuja.

It added that completed forms, along with proof of payment and required documents, must be submitted to the party’s national secretariat.

The party reserved the right to issue forms to credible aspirants before the primary election, while also stating that the dates in the timetable could be adjusted in adherence to INEC guidelines.

Aspirants were urged to comply strictly with the party’s directives and electoral guidelines.
