Celebrity chef Hilda Baci has shared the emotional moment Guinness World Records officially confirmed her as the record holder for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice.
The Akwa Ibom-born chef achieved the feat on September 15 with a massive 8,780kg serving in Lagos.
In a video, Hilda, her mother, and her team were moved to tears as they received the confirmation call from GWR.
