Governor Chukwuma Soludo has announced plans to document all students in Anambra State for a bursary award initiative aimed at alleviating their financial burdens.
Speaking at the International Convention Centre, Awka, where over two million students endorsed his second-term bid, Soludo expressed gratitude for their support. He encouraged students to take advantage of the Federal Government’s student loan scheme to further their education.
The endorsement, organized by the Council of Students Union Government Presidents, included a symbolic donation of a ₦2 million cheque to Soludo’s re-election campaign.
Comrade Mathew Okpara, Chairman of the Joint Campus Committee, Anambra State axis, stated that the students backed Soludo for another term due to the positive impact his administration has had on public schools in the state.
