Anambra Government Announces Re-Certification of Land Titles with QR-Enabled C of O

The government of Anambra State, under the leadership of Governor Charles Soludo, has announced the commencement of land title re-certification across the state.

The initiative offers both existing land title holders and new land investors the opportunity to obtain the newly introduced Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), which comes with a QR Code and advanced security features to ensure document authenticity and protection against forgery.

The re-certification window is officially open and will remain so until April 26, 2025.

Residents and investors are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to regularize their land documents within the stipulated period.
