Anambra Assembly Speaker Commends Soludo for Prudent Use of Project Funds During Site Tour

Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, has commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for the transparent and effective use of funds appropriated for state projects.

The Speaker gave the commendation after inspecting key projects alongside the Governor and other members of the eighth Assembly. The tour included visits to the Solution Fun City, the new Government House, and the Governor’s Lodge.

Udeze expressed satisfaction with the progress of the projects and praised the collaborative relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government. He noted that Anambra has experienced significant development under Governor Soludo’s leadership, a fact backed by oversight reports from various House committees.

Highlighting the construction of a new Government House and Governor’s Lodge as a historic achievement, the Speaker said the Assembly is particularly pleased that a 34-year-old challenge has finally been addressed.

Governor Soludo, in response, thanked the lawmakers for their support and positive feedback. He emphasized that his administration is still at the early stages and promised more development initiatives for the benefit of the people of Anambra.
